Before work begins
Client Services Agreement
This agreement explains how Towers Studio projects are handled. Your project details and written quote determine the exact scope, price and deliverables for your project.
1. Project Scope
Towers Studio will provide the services listed in the client's written quote or project confirmation. Work outside that agreed scope—including additional pages, major redesigns, new functionality, complex e-commerce, databases, custom applications or integrations—may require an additional quote.
2. Payment & Start of Work
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before the website is published or launched. A project is not considered ready for launch until the final balance has been paid.
3. Deposits, Cancellation & Refunds
Before work begins, a cancellation may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid. Once Towers Studio has begun project work, the deposit becomes non-refundable because it covers reserved project time and work already performed. If a project is cancelled after additional paid work has been completed, amounts attributable to completed work are non-refundable.
4. Revisions & Approval
Reasonable design revisions are included before final approval and launch. Revisions should remain within the agreed project scope. Major changes in direction, new pages or new functionality may require additional charges. Final approval means the client has reviewed and accepted the website for launch, subject to payment of the remaining balance.
5. Client Content & Delays
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, text, photos, logos and other requested materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing content, approvals or access may extend the project timeline. The client confirms they have permission to use any content they provide.
6. Third-Party Services & Fees
Domains, hosting upgrades, business email providers, booking platforms, payment processors and other third-party services may have their own fees and terms. Those costs are the client's responsibility unless a written quote specifically says they are included. Towers Studio does not control third-party pricing, approval, verification, outages or policies.
7. Accounts, Ownership & Access
Client-owned services such as domains, Google Business Profiles and business email accounts should remain in the client's ownership. Towers Studio may request temporary access or manager permissions when needed for setup. After final payment, the client receives the completed website deliverables covered by the project, excluding third-party software, services or materials that remain subject to their own licenses.
8. After Launch
Changes requested after launch are not automatically included in the original project price. Ongoing edits, maintenance, new content or additional features may be handled through a maintenance plan or separately quoted work.
9. Portfolio Use
Unless the client asks otherwise in writing, Towers Studio may display the completed project in its portfolio and promotional materials as an example of completed work.
10. Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and submitting the Towers Studio questionnaire, the client confirms they have read and agree to these terms and to the project-specific scope and pricing provided to them.
